BlueFax On-Line Demo #3
The following series of screens demonstrates the "Send Spool File" feature of Blue Fax.
To send a spool file, you select menu option #2 from the above BlueFax menu. When you
select the menu option, the following screen is displayed:
As you can see, this opens a window that shows the spool files that are available to be sent. The
display defaults to spool files with your user profile name, but any spool file can be located and sent.
Once you decide which spool file you want to send, just move the cursor down the screen and mark
the file with a 1' in the left margin and press ENTER. This will result in the following screen:
From this screen, you can the fax addresses where you want to send the spool file. You can use
addresses that are in the BlueFax phone book or you can simply enter the fax information.
You can also add a fax coverpage with notes that you can enter at this point. When you are done,
you just press press the F10 key and your spool file and coverpage will be on their way.
The system will then convert your spool file into a fax image and send it to the locations you have
chosen. The fax will look something like this:
This graphic is a little rough, but I think you will get the general idea.
