OnePass/400 Problem Reports

Problem: - The create passwords function does not complete. Seems to be looping.

Problem Date: - April 27, 2000

A problem has been identified in the program that generates the passwords. This is an intermittent problem and does not affect all customers. The program in question has now been corrected and a PTF is available from Kisco Information Systems. If you are experiencing this problem, contact Kisco Information Systems and request PTF package OPPTF101. You can use the Email link at the bottom of this page. The PTF package will be Emailed to you for installation on your system.
