QRYTool/400 Release 1 Problems:
Some output files are appearing in QRYTool/400 with the wrong library name.
Under certain conditions, we found that the wrong library could get selected for reporting. A fix
for this is now available as a PTF. This PTF can only be installed on a Release 1.08
version of QRYTool/400. The correction is available in PTF package KQPTF109. E-mail us and request
the PTF package to correct this problem.
Some query objects seem to be missing from the analysis on my system.
Based on a customer report, we found that if there were multiple query objects on your system with the same
name but residing in different libraries, then only one of them was getting reported by QRYTool/400. In the
process of working on this, we also discovered a rare situation where a query could be reported as having an
output file, even though no output file processing is included in the query definition. A fix
for this is now available as a PTF. This PTF can only be installed on a Release 1.07
version of QRYTool/400. The correction is available in PTF package KQPTF108. E-mail us and request
the PTF package to correct this problem.
The printed reports from my analysis run have the wrong description information
showing.
We found and corrected this problem with the QRYTool/400 printouts. A fix for this is now available
as a PTF which also includes a product enhancement. This PTF can only be installed on a Release 1.06
version of QRYTool/400. The correction is available in PTF package KQPTF107. E-mail us and request
the PTF package to correct this problem.
When running the QRYTool/400 analysis for *ALL libraries, I get an RPG0121
error.
We found and corrected this problem with the QRYTool/400 analysis. A fix for this is now available
as a PTF. This PTF can only be installed on a Release 1.05 version of QRYTool/400. The
correction is available in PTF package KQPTF106. E-mail us and request the PTF package to
correct this problem.
We found a problem with the way the Query Definition was being analyzed that was causing this
date to be reset. A fix for this is now available as a PTF which preserves the "Date Last Used'
correctly. This PTF can only be installed on a Release 1.00 version of QRYTool/400. The
correction is available in PTF package KQPTF101. E-mail us and request the PTF package to
correct this problem.
