Current Release Level: 5.39 - available September 27, 2001. Release is for customers with systems running OS/400 V3R2 or V4R2 and higher.

Note: For customers moving to OS/400 V5R1, you must be up to a minimum version level of 5.37 of SafeNet/400.


Our Customer Support center for SafeNet/400 contains a wide variety of information to help customers and trial users to better use our product. You can obtain a list of current known OS/400 PTFs that may be needed for your system. These can be obtained from your IBM support source.

We are constantly working on product enhancements and new features. These were most recently updated on February 9, 2001.

We occasionally get problem reports from customers and trial users. When we do, we develop solutions. These can take the form of PTF's to SafeNet/400 or simply clarification of user instructions. These problem reports were last updated on September 27, 2001.
