SAFENET/400 Wins FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 15, 2001 Mt. Kisco, NY - SafeNet/400 has won a Product Excellence Award in the "Security/Audit" category from Midrange Technology Showcase. The award was presented at the Spring COMMON conference in New Orleans, LA. SafeNet/400, developed by MP Associates of Westchester, Inc. and marketed through Kisco Information Systems, gives IBM iSeries 400 and AS/400 computer installations full control over users who access their system over network connections. The Midrange Technology Showcase award is voted on by the readership of Midrange Technology Showcase magazine, a monthly publication. Each year, the readers of the magazine nominate products in a variety of categorys. The magazine then polls its readers who vote for their favorite products from those nominated. This year's Product Excellence Awards winners were announced at the Spring COMMON conference in New Orleans, LA. COMMON is the largest user group for IBM's midrange computer products and conducts conferences twice a year. SafeNet/400 was one of six products nominated.
